Plaster made from marble and lime
Venetian plaster is a mix of lime and crushed marble. It goes on in thin coats with a steel trowel and is polished until it looks like stone. We mix each batch for the room, so colour and finish vary from job to job.

About Carrara Venetian
Carrara Venetian is a plastering business based in Beverley. We use traditional Italian methods with lime, marble dust and a steel trowel. The same plasterer quotes, prepares and finishes every job, from the sample boards to the final coat of wax.
We work directly with homeowners, and with architects and interior designers who need a finish sampled and applied to a specification.
